• Awards Gala Ticket – $175.00
• Representative - Additional Company Rep – $650.00
  Fee includes a badge to access the vendor floor, entrance to the welcome reception on Sunday night, entrance to the vendor reception on Tuesday afternoon, breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday, and shop tour on Wednesday. All individuals must have a badge to enter the conference.
• Representative - Additional Company Rep (Day Pass) – $325.00
  Pass is good for either Monday, March 30 or Tuesday, March 31. Includes a badge to enter the vendor floor and breakfast and lunch on designated day chosen.
• Sponsor - Gold Level – $12,500.00
• Sponsor - Platinum Level – $17,500.00
  (This level is on a first come, first to register basis and is limited to a maximum of 3 companies.)
• Sponsor - Silver Level – $7,500.00
