Sunday, March 21 (Booth Set-up): 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Monday, March 22 (Vendor Hall Open): 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (closed from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for lunch)
Tuesday, March 23 (Vendor Hall Open): 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (closed from 12:00 pm to 1:00 PM for lunch). 
Tuesday, March 23 (Booth Dismantle): 5:00 PM - 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 24.

Sponsorship Levels (all levels include booth space)

• Platinum - $17,500
• Gold - $12,500
• Silver - $7,500

Exhibitor Levels 

• Star Exhibitor - $4,000
• *Exhibitor Plus - $2,500

*Exhibitor Plus - This level is available to first-time exhibitors at the parent company or subsidiary company level or to companies that have not sponsored or exhibited in any sponsorship category at an ACUP conference since 2019. Regional offices of a major corporation or parent company that have previously sponsored an ACUP conference do not qualify as a first-time sponsor—i.e., Company ABC USA sponsored in 2022, but Company ABC of City is not eligible.
