2027 Conference Exhibitor Registration

Registration

  • (This level is on a first come, first to register basis and is limited to a maximum of four small business owners from the conference
    region only.)
  • Must be pre-approved by ACUP+ before registering. Please contact admindirector@acup-edu.org for information about the approval process.
  • Fee includes a badge to access the vendor floor, entrance to the welcome reception on Sunday night, entrance to the vendor reception on Tuesday afternoon and lunch on Monday and Tuesday. All individuals must have a badge to enter the conference.
  • Pass is good for either Monday, March 22 or Tuesday, March 23. Includes a badge to enter the vendor floor and lunch on designated day chosen.
Register

Exhibitor - Plus Level - $2,500. Includes one 8x10 booth space and one conference registration . This level is available to first-time exhibitors at the parent company or subsidiary company level or to companies that have not sponsored or exhibited in any sponsorship category at an ACUP+ conference since 2019. For example, Company ABC is a parent company to DEF Inc. and GHI Corp. If DEF Inc. registers at this level, it is considered one company and cannot represent the parent or sister organization. Company ABC, though, may register for itself and promote the services or items of Companies DEF and GHI. Company ABC Regional offices of a major corporation or parent company that have previously sponsored an ACUP+ conference do not qualify as a first-time sponsor—i.e., Company ABC USA sponsored in 2022, but Company ABC of City is not eligible.)

Exhibitor - Star Level - $4,000. Includes one 8x10 booth space and two conference registrations. $4,000

If you need additional registrations beyond what is provided with your exhibitor level, you must register and purchase those separately by choosing the registration type "Additional Representative" from the ticket types on the registration page.  Please DO NOT enter the names of additional representatives beyond the number included with your exhibitor level on your form. 

BADGES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE.

Deadline to Register - January 15, 2027

Refund Policy

  • Before January 15, 2027 - Full Refund minus an administration fee of $250
  • January 16 - February 1, 2027 - 50% refund.
  • After February 1, 2027 - no refunds
