ACUP+ has reserved a guest room block at the Renaissance at a special discounted rate of $199 per night. Attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel accommodations. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) in effect at the time of checkout. Guest room reservations at the Renaissance will be taken until the cutoff date of March 9, 2026.

- The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and fitness center.
- On-site full-service restaurant along with a coffee shop.
- Self-parking is $10/day.
- Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
- Check-in 4:00 PM. Check Out: 11:00 AM.
We encourage you to book your room through the ACUP+ website to help us meet our contractual obligations with the hotel. Please note, we are not able to assist with any reservation problems for rooms booked through third-party vendors.
