ACUP+ is Now Accepting Applications for the 2025 Conference Grant
An ACUP+ Conference Grant program has been established to provide financial assistance to help cover expenses for an employee of print and mail operations at an educational institution to attend the ACUP+ annual conference to further their education. This grant is funded through the generous donations of our conference sponsors.
The grant application and selection process are administered through our partnership with The Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation.
To qualify for the grant, you must be an employee of print and mail operations at an educational institution and provide proof of denial of conference attendance due to lack of funds or other reasons.
A grant will be awarded in the amount of up to $4,000 to reimburse expenses to attend the ACUP+ conference. Reimbursable expenses include conference registration, economy airfare, ground transportation, and lodging at the official ACUP+ conference hotel. The recipient will be reimbursed for appropriate travel-related expenses after the conference concludes and upon receipt of all documented expenses.
The application deadline is January 1, 2025
